The most convenient large airport is DFW International Airport, but it is not unreasonable to fly into Dallas Love Field. There are several options to get to campus from the airport, including shuttle services such as Super Shuttle, ride sharing services (Lyft, Uber) and regular taxi service.
Over the summer, daytime parking is allowed without permit in any of the lots designated as for Faculty, Staff, or Commuter Students and that are not marked as Reserved. Overnight parking should be done in Lot 3 or in the lot behind Campus Police.
On Monday night we will have an opening reception at the Stuart Family Courtside Club, located inside the Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena. The conference dinner will be on Wednesday at Blue Mesa Southwest Grill (map). The organizers will arrange for transportation to and from the dinner.
Here is a list of restaurants near campus (with comments), and an accompanying map.
