The Great Plains Operator Theory Symposium
The Great Plains Operator Theory Symposium has been held annually
since 1981, receiving continuous support from the NSF since
1983. During this time the event has been organized at 22 distinct
institutions, and has grown considerably in size and scope to
reach its current status as the largest event in the field of
operator algebras and operator theory.
