We ask that all participants please register by filling out this form. There is no registration fee.

Participants may request financial support when registering. The deadline to apply for financial support is August 31, 2018.

TCU reimbursement policies to keep in mind

Those participants requesting funding should observe both the NSF and TCU's reimbursement policies. In particular:

• In order to be reimbursed for airfare, the NSF requires airfare booked on a U.S. Flag Carrier.
• TCU is exempt from Texas hotel occupancy tax and will not reimburse it. To avoid these charges, this form should be submitted to the hotel at the time of registration/check-in.
• TCU requires receipts for all reimbursement requests (including meals, which require itemized receipts). Moreover, and importantly, all receipts must show your credit card number (typically displayed as XXXX ####) or that payment was by cash. If your credit card number is not shown, then a copy of your account statement, with unrelated or private information redacted, will suffice.
