Housing and Travel Information

Participants can arrange to stay at one of several hotels near campus.

Please print and provide this form when checking in so you don't have to pay state tax on your hotel stay. (TCU is exempt and will not reimburse you for it.)

Transportation

The most convenient large airport is DFW International Airport, but it is not unreasonable to fly to Dallas Love Field instead. There are several options to get to campus from the airport, including shuttle services such as Super Shuttle.

Parking

After 5 PM on Friday, you can park in any lot labeled for general faculty, staff, or student use (the lots marked CM/FS on the map and the signs). Do not park in lots labeled as reserved parking. Parking lots around campus are illustrated on this map.

The talks will be held in Lecture Hall 1 of the Sid W. Richardson building.
