$120/night. Follow this link to register at this rate by April 1. When you click Book, you should see G-TGT2 as the special rate.
The Hyatt provides a free breakfast for guests. We will also provide bagels and other breakfast items at the conference.
Transportation
If flying, the easiest airport to fly into will be DFW Airport. For local transportation, we suggest rideshare services. Other options for transportation between the airport and Forth Worth are SuperShuttle or you can take TexRail to within a few miles of TCU and then Uber or Lyft (if you are interested in this option, Ken Richardson can provide more details).
Parking
Anyone parking after 5pm on Friday and over the weekend of the conference does not need to register for visitor parking and can park in any available lot.
Participants arriving on campus before 5pm on Friday will need to register their vehicle to park and then park in designated lots. More information can be found at TCU Parking and Transportation.
