Personal Background and vita: I received my
undergraduate degree in mathematics from Case Western University in
Cleveland, Ohio. Under the
direction of Dr. Frederick Gehring, I completed my PhD in mathematics at the
University of Michigan in 1988. My area of mathematical research relates to
complex analysis, quasiconformal mappings and harmonic analysis. At TCU I serve as
graduate director of the MAT program in mathematics and as the director of
the actuarial
program
in the mathematics department. |
