Here are the review sheets for my Public Finance class.  The text to which they refer is Public Finance (5th ed) by Harvey Rosen.

Note!  The material covered by each exam varies from semester to semester. 

You should look ahead one exam to see if any material on your exam was not covered until later exams in the past.  Ex.  If studying for exam 1, you might wish to look at old exam 2's as well as old exam 1's.

You should also try to ferret out which old exam questions cover the same material as your upcoming exam.  For example, if we haven't' gotten to public goods by exam 1, you can ignore (for now) old exam questions on public goods.
