  • Julie Marie, Amanda Marie, and Sarah Marie
  • Learning New Stuff, PBS
  • History
  • Road Trips
  • Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, and Camping
  • Aviation and Space
Amanda likes airplanes and space too ... although she took down the Chrysler V-2200 aircraft engine poster ... of course she replaced it with an F4U poster with the subtitle "Whistling Death".  Oh little girls and their toys.
One of my proudest academic moments was securing a free subscription to the Journal of the Aircraft Engine
Historical Society (aka The TorqueMeter) for TCU's library.
  • Amanda's softball team.
  • Sarah's future interests, as yet unknown
  • former loves
My 1985* Isuzu Trooper  ... The trooper has gone to the big junkyard in the sky.

          My '67 - '79 Chevy** pick-up

* Well, the majority of the Trooper was an 1985 model.
The rest consists of '86 - '91 Troopers, Bondo,
  aluminum, fiberglass, etc.

** Not quite as classy as the Trooper.  It did, unlike the Trooper, have 5 point racing harnesses, a Mercruiser marine tach, 7 other gauges, and a REAL truck engine ... 292 ... oversquare is overrated!
