Obstructing knot concordance in non-simply connected manifolds

Abstract: We will consider homotopically nontrivial null-homologous knots in aspherical 3-manifolds. The exteriors of these knots have rich fundamental groups, making them amenable to methods that have been used to distinguish links in S3. We exploit this in constructing concordance obstructions.
