Workshop Location

The workshop will be held at Texas Christian University (TCU), which is located in Fort Worth, TX.

Food and Drink

For those staying in the dorms, a TCU meal plan is included for three meals a day at TCU's Market Square dining facilty. It is anticipated that most participants will therefore be eating in the dining hall. Participants not staying in the dorms can purchase individual meals at Market Square to eat with the other participants. For those who wish to eat off campus, here are some local restaurant options.

Transportation

The most convenient large airport is DFW International Airport, though it is also not unreasonable to fly into Dallas Love Field, which is just a bit further away. From the airports, the best ways to campus are probably either by rental car, by Uber/Lyft, or by Super Shuttle.

For those driving, parking passes should not be necessary during the summer.

Parking

It is usually possible to park for free in campus lots during the summer. Please check back closer to the conference for more detailed parking information.
