Limited campus housing will be available on a first come, first served basis. The cost will be $70 per person per night, which includes three meals per day (dinner/breakfast/lunch) in TCU's Market Center dining hall. Unfortunately, housing without a meal plan is not available. Linens will be included. Participants receiving housing costs as part of travel support will be reimbursed after the conference. Housing must be paid for by May 1 in order to ensure accommodations.
To obtain housing please first indicate your desire for campus housing on the registration form, including dates of arrival and departure. Then pay for housing and registration at this link. Once you have clicked the link, select the number of nights you plan to stay in campus housing, then select Add to Cart. Next select Continue Shopping, then choose Conference Registration and Add to Cart. Once you have added a housing and registration option, please proceed to Checkout.
Further housing details, such as check-in and check-out times, locations, etc. will be provided here closer to the date of the conference. You may wish to familiarize yourself with TCU housing policies via the this document prior to registration and payment.
