Vitae

I was an undergraduate at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with an B.S. in Mathematics in 1983. I received my Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1988. After that, I spent two years each at the University of California at Berkeley and at IUPUI. I have been in the Mathematics Department at Texas Christian University since 1992.

My Book

My book Complex Topological K-Theory is now available from Cambridge University Press.

Research

My research interests include index theory, noncommutative differential geometry, and operator algebras. Go here to see a list of my publications and preprints, and here to see my complete vitae.

Teaching

This summer I am teaching Elementary Statistics (MATH 10043).
